William Fuller, Jr. appeals from his convictions for felony murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.1 The evidence at trial showed that police officers responding to a call that shots had been fired, discovered the body of Oliver Barfield in the parking lot of a church. Barfield had been shot three times by a .22 caliber gun and died of those wounds...
