R.P. Industries, Inc. ("RPI"), appeals from an order of the Lauderdale Circuit Court granting the motion of S & M Equipment Company, Inc. ("S & M"), seeking confirmation of an arbitration award; denying RPI's motion to vacate, modify, or correct the award; and entering a judgment in favor of S & M and against RPI for the "net" amount of the award.
