Plaintiff originally filed this Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA) employment discrimination case in the St. Louis County Circuit Court. In her state complaint, she named as defendants: Ford Motor Company, Ken Hume, and Paul Edds. On or about December 26, 2003 defendant Ford Motor Co. (hereinafter referred to as Ford Motor) removed this case to federal court asserting that two (2) of the three (3) named defendants...
