Plaintiff-Appellant Memon Corporation Inc. ("Memon Corp.") appeals from the district court's grant of Defendants-Appellees' motion to dismiss and the district court's denial of Memon Corp.'s motion for new trial or relief from judgment under Rule 60(b). For the following reasons, we REVERSE the district court's order insofar as it dismissed Memon Corp.'s suit and REMAND for further proceedings not inconsistent...
