Claimant Sidney Hardman appeals from the magistrate judge's order affirming the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying his application for disability insurance benefits.1 Our jurisdiction arises under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
