Henry Alexander Moore appeals the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for postconviction relief, in which he attacked the sentence he received as a result of his February 20, 2001, guilty-plea conviction for the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
