The Debtor-Defendant, Marcia McQuarrie Lang ("Debtor"), appeals the order and judgment of the bankruptcy court for the district of Utah in favor of her ex-husband, Robert F. Lang ("Plaintiff"), which found that the Debtor committed fraud under Utah law and that the resulting debt was nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
