OPINION

EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.

In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the evidence is legally and factually sufficient to sustain the jury's verdict that appellee Juan Arizpe did not breach his fiduciary duty to appellant Abetter Trucking, and that he did not tortiously interfere with Abetter's contracts with its drivers. We affirm.
