These appeals arise from the bombing in Centennial Olympic Park during the 1996 Olympic Games. The central issue presented by the appeals is whether the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, Inc., which leased the Park from the State during the Games, is entitled to summary judgment on the ground that it is insulated from liability by the Recreational Property Act.1
