PER CURIAM.

This case arises from the allision of two vessels. Sunderland Marine Mutual Insurance Company, Ltd. and Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's brought suit in admiralty against Weeks Marine Inc. The district court sitting without a jury found that both vessels equally contributed to the allision and apportioned the damages accordingly. Weeks now appeals, alleging that it did not contribute to the allision for it was not in violation of Navigational Rules. Alternatively...
