Respondent, J.W., a 12-year-old boy, was adjudicated delinquent following his admission to two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault (720 ILCS 5/12-14(b)(i) (West 1998)), and was sentenced to a term of five years' probation. Among the conditions of his probation, J.W. was ordered to register as a sex offender. In addition, J.W. was prohibited from residing in or going to the Village of South Elgin, Illinois...
