This appeal is from a judgment on a jury verdict for the defendant, the City of Moab, Utah ("the City"), in an employment discrimination case where Plaintiff, Marget Snyder, was not reappointed as treasurer. Snyder was first appointed treasurer of the City of Moab, Utah in 1990 by its then mayor, Tom Stocks. In January of 1998, a new Mayor, Karla Hancock took office.
