("RESC") (collectively, "Reliant" or "Reliant Parties") sought $78,468,996.60 from Enron Canada Corporation ("Enron Canada"). Reliant filed a breach of contract claim in federal court against Enron Canada seeking a declaratory judgment that the terms of the Netting Agreement made Enron Canada...
