Plaintiffs sued the Georgia Department of Transportation after an automobile accident which they claimed was the result of improper road maintenance. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the DOT, and plaintiffs now appeal, contending the trial court erred in failing to give a requested jury charge. For the reasons which follow, we conclude there was no error and affirm.
