¶ 1 Alexander O'Drain appeals from his judgment of sentence that was entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on January 3, 2002. Following a bench trial, appellant was convicted of indecent assault and corruption of a minor.1 He was sentenced to five years of probation on both counts to run concurrently and to register with the state police for ten years under Megan's Law for the indecent assault...
