This case is before us on appeal for the third time since an international arbitrator rendered an award in favor of the plaintiff, M & C Corporation. That award was confirmed by the district court, and judgment was entered. The instant appeal arises from a dispute regarding enforcement of a specific portion of the award. The defendant, Erwin Behr GmbH & Co., KG, interprets the award one way, and the plaintiff interprets it another...
