Presently pending and ready for resolution in this breach of contract and fraud case is the motion of the Defendant, Project Management Enterprises, Inc. ("PMEI"), to dismiss all counts against it pursuant to Fed R. Civ. P 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim, and in part for failure to plead fraud with specificity under Fed.R.Civ.P. 9(b). The issues have been fully briefed and no hearing is deemed necessary...
