Plaintiffs, Kevin Hill ("Hill"), Breck Harrison ("Harrison"), Mark McCord ("McCord"), Duval Tyson ("Tyson") and Damian Alvarez ("Alvarez") (collectively "plaintiffs"), who are each African-American, brought this action alleging that Airborne Freight Corporation ("Airborne") discriminated against them on the basis of their race by subjecting them to more severe discipline than similarly situated white employees...
