Hudson appeals his convictions for sexual battery upon a person under 12 years of age. He argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial after the prosecutor referred to him in closing argument as a pedophile. He also argues that the trial court erred in admitting the testimony of the state's DNA expert regarding population frequencies.
