Appellee Dumais began working at the Paradise Hills Golf Course on May 3, 1996. At that time, Golf Enterprises owned the course. Some two months later, Appellant American Golf assumed ownership of Paradise Hills. American Golf required all employees, including Appellee, to complete new employment applications.
