On July 20, 1993, a jury found appellant guilty on all four counts of an indictment: Count 1, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana; Count 2, possession with intent to distribute marijuana; Count 3, possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking offense; Count 4, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On September 22, 1993, the district court sentenced appellant on Counts 1, 2 and 4 to concurrent prison terms of 97 months...
