A warrant search of Douglas Lynn Pennington's rural Missouri property uncovered methamphetamine, precursor chemicals, equipment for manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine, and documents relating to drug transactions. Officers returned to Pennington's property two months later to investigate complaints he had resumed his methamphetamine activities; a search incident to his arrest uncovered methamphetamine, and a warrant search of the property...
