Wilmescherr Drusch Roofing Company, Inc. (the "Corporation"), Norman Halliday ("Mr.Halliday") and Mary Halliday ("Mrs.Halliday") appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County finding that the Appellants violated the Missouri Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (the "UFTA") by fraudulently creating security interests in the assets of the Corporation with the intent of defrauding creditors.
