Anthony Lamar Booker pleaded guilty to one count of possession of cocaine base ("crack") with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a public housing facility, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 860, and to one count of being a felon in possession of a weapon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court sentenced Mr. Booker to 168 months' imprisonment, and Mr. Booker now appeals several aspects of his sentence...
