Julie Hertzberg brought this action against her former employer, SRAM Corporation ("SRAM"), for sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Ms. Hertzberg on her sexual harassment claim and awarded her $20,000 in punitive damages.
