Mark Warsco ("the trustee") is the trustee in bankruptcy for Presidential, Ltd. ("Presidential"). He filed this suit against Preferred Technical Group ("PTG") to avoid an alleged preference made to PTG by Presidential Holdings, L.L.C. ("LLC"). The parties filed cross motions for summary judgment in the district court; the district court granted PTG's motion and denied the trustee's. The trustee now appeals.
