Four mobile home park tenants—Michael and Patricia McGahuey and Craig and Pauline Rhodes—filed suit against their landlord, Anna Hwang, alleging that Hwang had retaliated against them by raising their rent and imposing extra vehicle fees because they had participated in a federal discrimination suit against her.
