Laurence Sommer appeals the entry of judgment on a jury verdict for his employer, the Department of Social and Health Services, in his suit against DSHS for disability discrimination. Sommer argues that a new trial is warranted because of opposing counsel's misconduct during closing arguments, and because the verdict was unsupported by substantial evidence. Because the verdict was not supported by substantial evidence, we reverse and remand for a new trial...
