Laurence Sommer appeals the entry of judgment on a jury verdict for his employer, the Department of Social and Health Services, in his suit against DSHS for disability discrimination. Sommer argues that a new trial is warranted because of opposing counsel's misconduct during closing arguments, and because the verdict was unsupported by substantial evidence.
