Encarnacion Lujano-Perez, Antonio Mata-Ortiz, Juan Torres-Rodriguez, and Jose Efrain Garcia-Luna, all Mexican natives and citizens, pleaded guilty to reentering the United States after deportation under 8 U.S.C. § 1326. They each received enhanced sentences because they had each been convicted of an aggravated felony prior to their deportation. 8 U.S.C. § 1326(b). All four here now challenge the voluntariness of their guilty pleas...
