OPINION

GREENWOOD, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss, arguing that the Double Jeopardy Clause and the Single Criminal Episode Act bar the State's reprosecution of charges against him. Defendant claims the Payson Justice Court previously received his pleas, sentenced him, and issued a final order, barring any further State action against him for charges arising out of the July 21, 1996 auto accident...
