This case involves a dispute between a doctor and a hospital over staff privileges. The trial court granted a summary judgment in favor of Baylor Medical Center at Garland on all claims brought against it by Dr. Michel K. Stephan. Stephan brings this appeal challenging the trial court's judgment as well as an order denying him discovery. We conclude the trial court was correct in granting summary judgment for the hospital...
