Appellant Obadyah Ben-Yisrayl, formerly known as Christopher D. Peterson, was convicted of two counts of murder for killing Ilija (Eli) and George Balovski in their tailor shop in Gary, Indiana. The jury found him guilty, and the trial court imposed the death penalty. Ben-Yisrayl appealed his convictions and sentence, and we affirmed. Peterson v. State, 674 N.E.2d 528
