Luis Triana, who was convicted in federal court for offenses arising out of a scheme to import cocaine, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Korman, J.) denying his motion to vacate his conviction. Triana contends that his Sixth Amendment right to counsel was violated because both his lawyers had conflicts of interest:
