PER CURIAM.

John D. Freeman, a death row inmate, appeals an order entered by the trial court denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, and he petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus. We have jurisdiction. See Art. V, § 3(b)(1),(9), Fla. Const. The cases have been consolidated.
