PER CURIAM

Plaintiff-appellant Julius Pringle appeals from the district court's order dismissing his complaint brought pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-80 (FTCA). The district court determined that it lacked jurisdiction under the rule in Feres v. United States, 340 U.S. 135, 71 S.Ct. 153, 95 L.Ed. 152 (1950). We agree and affirm.
