This appeal is from an order of summary judgment for the Defendants, Booker T. Washington Insurance Company ("Insurance") and Booker T. Washington Broadcasting Company ("Broadcasting"), in a suit brought by Valda Stewart for alleged violations of Title VII. In essence, Stewart claimed that the Defendants, her former employers, discriminated against her by transferring, terminating, and failing to rehire her on account of her sex and in retaliation...
