Everett Lee Mueller confessed on videotape to the rape and murder of ten-year old Charity Powers. He was subsequently convicted of, among other offenses, the rape and capital murder of Powers and sentenced by the jury to death. After exhausting state remedies, Mueller filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus...
