The Court granted a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals in Prescott v. Farmers Tel. Coop., Inc., 328 S.C. 379, 491 S.E.2d 698 (Ct.App.1997) (Stilwell, J., dissenting). We reverse.
