No. 99-1033.

203 F.3d 388 (1999)

Yer HER, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, Defendant-Appellee.

United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.

Decided and Filed: December 16, 1999

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Timothy A. O'Rourke (argued and briefed), Hay & O'Rourke, Lansing, Michigan, for Appellant.

Kathryn A. Beverly (argued and briefed), Social Security Administration, Office of the General Counsel, Region V, Chicago, Illinois, Margaret A. Smith, Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan, Grand Rapids, MI, for Appellee.

Before: MERRITT and SILER, Circuit Judges; BECKWITH, District Judge.

OPINION

MERRITT, Circuit Judge.

Administrative Law Judge Paula Zera denied plaintiff Yer Her's request for Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits, a decision which the Commissioner of Social Security affirmed. After plaintiff's appeal to the District Court, that court also affirmed the decision finding that Yer Her was not disabled. For the reasons laid out below, we AFFIRM the decision of the District Court.
