RYAN, Circuit Judge.

David L. Hoglund appeals from his conviction and sentence for bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344. Hoglund is an attorney who settled his clients' cases without their permission, forged their signatures on the settlement checks, and deposited the money into his own account.
