CSX Transportation, Inc., ("CSXT") appeals from a judgment of the Boyd Circuit Court in favor of First National Bank of Grayson ("FNB") in the principal sum of $192,562.92, which includes an amount of $52,166.35 for attorney fees. The issues in the case involve whether Custom Transportation, Inc., ("CTI") was CSXT's agent for purposes of receiving a notice of assignment of accounts receivable and whether the award of attorney...
