BRISCOE, Circuit Judge.
Defendant James Dodson Viefhaus, Jr., appeals his convictions for conspiracy to use and use of a telephone to transmit a bomb threat. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
