Luis Andrade was injured while working for an asbestos-removal contractor on the premises of Kirby Forest Industries, Inc. In this cause, Kirby's successor-in-interest, Louisiana-Pacific Corp., challenges the legal sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's gross-negligence finding against it.
