STATEMENT OF THE CASE

¶ 1. On April 29, 1997, James Harold Stidham was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the misdemeanor offense of speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. The Justice Court of Neshoba County found Stidham guilty of the charge and imposed a fine of $38.50 and assessments of $28.50, for a total of $67.00.
