This is an appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the Appellees, Reese Parker Andrews and Carolyn P. Andrews, d/b/a Andrews & Associates and Darren S. Obenoskey, individually. Appellant, Robert A. Grimes, complains that the trial court erred when it granted summary judgment because the Compromise Settlement Agreement released all of his claims against GTE and there were genuine issues...
