In this legal malpractice action plaintiffs, Esther and Orville Andre, assert that the defendant, Edmund Golden, failed to disclose a conflict of interest, which caused them to settle a tort action for an inadequate sum. The trial court granted a defense exception of prescription in part and dismissed all but one of plaintiffs' claims. It is from that judgment that plaintiffs appeal.
