Coca-Cola Enterprises (Coca-Cola) appeals the district court's decision that advanced sales representatives and account managers employed by the company are entitled to overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219.1 We conclude that these employees are exempt from the overtime compensation requirements of the FLSA because they are "outside salesmen," as that term...
