This appeal is taken from an order of the district court dismissing a verified civil rights complaint filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1983 by Jody Mapp, who was at the time an inmate at the Wyoming State Penitentiary.1 In his complaint, Mr. Mapp sought damages and injunctive relief, alleging the denial of medical care in violation of the Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
