Defendant Spencer Jones appeals the district court's orders denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea and sentencing him to 324-months imprisonment. As grounds for reversal, Defendant contends the district court: (1) abused its discretion in denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea; and (2) erred in failing to make specific factual findings regarding Defendant's objections to the presentence investigation report.
