Appellant, Robert Taylor, was convicted in the Knox Circuit Court of assault in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, and possession of a handgun by a minor. He was sentenced to ten years in prison for each of the felony convictions, which were ordered to run consecutively, and to twelve months confinement in the county jail for the misdemeanor handgun conviction, which was ordered to run concurrently...
